RETURN POLICY
All custom orders are handcrafted and made upon request. Materials are ordered and used and cannot be replaced, due to this type of service we cannot offer a return policy for custom orders. If your item doesn't meet satisfactory level please contact us on the issue. We will do our best to make it right. If the product is defective we will strive to replace or exchange the product "terms due apply".
Instock NON custom items can be returned in their original state. (Items cannot be worn, used or missing pieces, tags ect.)
Item MUST be returned within 3 business days after delivery date, or return policy is void.
Non handmade items can be returned for a full refund. (Minus Shipping Charges.)
Handmade Non custom items can be returned for refund (with a 15% restock fee.)
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on return items.
Buyer must provide a tracking number on return items.
